Throughout his 27-year real estate career, Sergio Garcia has sold more than 2,500 properties. Since 1995, he has primarily sold foreclosed residential and commercial properties through his role as a sales manager with Chicago Real Estate Leaders. Beyond his professional pursuits, Sergio Garcia is an avid fan of the National Hockey League's Chicago Blackhawks.

The NHL trade deadline was February 26, and the Blackhawks made a splash that day by trading forward Ryan Hartman and a fifth-round pick to the Nashville Predators in exchange for a first-round pick and a fourth-round pick in the 2018 NHL Draft and prospect Victor Ejdsell. Hartman had 25 points in 57 games with the Blackhawks this season, but Chicago was in last place in the Central Division at the trade deadline, while the Predators were building toward a potential deep run in the playoffs.

Hartman was originally selected 30th overall by the Blackhawks in the 2013 NHL Draft and recorded 57 points in 141 career games with the team. He has four points in six games since joining the Predators. Ejdsell, meanwhile, is a 22-year-old forward who plays for HV71 and ranks 18th in scoring in Sweden's top professional league with 33 points in 49 games.
