- About Sergio Garcia Real EstateAn accomplished real estate professional, Sergio Garcia sells foreclosed commercial and residential properties throughout the United States. Focusing largely on properties in Indiana and Illinois, he specializes in finding a good property at a good price. He currently serves as a sales manager at Chicago Real Estate Lenders, and has sold more than 2,500 properties throughout his 27-year-long career. He first entered into the field at the age of 18, when he bought his childhood home from his father, renovated it, and sold it Four years later for many times more than he paid. Despite being affected by the housing crash in 2007, Mr. Garcia maintained his focus in the field, and continues to sell around ten houses each month.

Like most real estate investors, Sergio Garcia was greatly affected .as a matter of fact more then any time in his life. However his perseverance kept him in the Real Estate Industry till this day. Now he has expanded his scope to include commercial real estate, which has been very profitable to his customers.

Outside of buying and selling properties, Mr. Garcia enjoys hunting, jet skiing in the Bahamas, and playing softball and volleyball. He loves cooking seafood and Mexican food, and tries to visit new restaurants when he and his wife go out for their weekly date.
